Overview: We are currently seeking a Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool. If you are a responsible individual with excellent swimming skills and a passion for guest service, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Monitor and supervise pool areas to ensure the safety of all guests - Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment - Perform water rescues and administer first aid as needed - Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities and equipment - Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including regular cleaning and chemical testing - Assist with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters and backwashing - Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing concerns Qualifications: - Valid Lifeguard certification - CPR and First Aid certification - Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues - Ability to lift heavy objects (e.g., pool covers, equipment) - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations calmly Note: This is a paid position, not an internship.
