Our Retail Marketing Ambassador team is excited to continue innovating marketing strategies and practices to increase value for our customers and clients, alike.Retail Marketing Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service and support during in-store interactions
• Maintain high levels of compliance when interacting with customers by adhering to both retail and client practices
• Communicate with sales and customer service teams to best address customer needs
• Attend marketing and sales training sessions offered by clients and our own team
• Drive sales by promoting new products and offerings directly to customers

Retail Marketing Ambassador Requirements:

• Goal-oriented and driven
• Self-starter attitude with ability to problem solve / adjust approach as needed
• Customer Service background preferred, by not required
• Full-time schedule with allowance for flexibility if needed
• Ability to work both in teams and individually

The Retail Marketing Ambassador position requires daily travel to our office and events.
