Job DescriptionThe mission You'll be joining our Customer Success team, specifically its technical division of two people. As an Integration Consultant, your main role will involve integrating our SaaS solution into our client’s environment.This position offers a great chance for learning and advancement, focusing on the following tasks:Becoming an expert on the platform and its featuresEnsuring successful launches of new client projects by managing all technical aspects related to integrating our product into the client's information systemEstablishing yourself as a technical expert and the primary contact for the client's IT DepartmentProviding ongoing technical support to CSMs and external stakeholders throughout the projectAssisting Sales/Presales teams in technical aspects, including RFPsIdentifying emerging client needs, communicating these to the Product team, and collaborating on solutionsTaking responsibility for security, GDPR, and compliance topics, working closely with the Legal and Security teamsCentralizing and documenting integration and deployment specificities across client projectsThis role calls for technical proficiency and a strong client-oriented approach, fostering collaboration among departments - CSM, Product, Legal, and Sales!QualificationsThe ideal Candidate Specializing in IT or IT Project Management, you hold a degree from a University or an Engineering SchoolYou have successfully managed technical client projects and/or you have experience in technical development You can understand technical IT constraints – industry, e-commerce, web, mobile, dataYou know one or two of the following web development languages - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, and you are familiar with integration concepts like SSO or APIsYou can navigate complex and interconnected productKnowing the SaaS environment is a plusYour organizational skills and attention to detail enable you to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyThanks to your good teaching skills, you can adapt your communication style for various audiences, whether technical or at the C-levelYou thrive on problem-solving and enjoy adapting to meet the client's needsYou are fluent in both French and English The perfect match?
