Job Overview:
Soccer Shots Space Coast/Treasure Coast is seeking an experienced Director of Communications and Development (DCD) to join our team. As the DCD, you will be responsible for all communication strategies to enhance our organization's reputation and promote our brand. You will oversee all aspects of internal and external communications, including client relations, partner relations, public relations, and content creation. You will also oversee the development of the program in our community through outreach and program planning.
Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support organizational goals
- Develop a consistant sales/outreach plan to meet quarterly goals
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including email, and social media
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as mass communications, and promotional materials
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
- Provide guidance and support to staff members involved in communication activities
Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in building relationships with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of various communication channels and platforms
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
