Soccer Shots - San Diego East County is Hiring an Inspiring Youth Soccer Coach Near San Diego, CA
Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Coach between 5-30 classes
- First sub 2-5 days a month
- Provide a remarkable customer service experience on the field, in the office and in the community
- Problem-solve and eligible to participate in the Coaching Level 10 meetings
- Making sure those extra efforts are completed bi-weekly or weekly (community phone calls, player of the week, thank you notes, weekly wins, mid-season reviews, end of season certificates)
- Additional training in both Marketing and Operations departments
- Attend monthly team meetings
- Attend coaching meetings every 3 weeks to develop coaching skills
Requirements:
- Must be available 2-3 days per week plus Saturdays
- Minimum of a 1 full season commitment
- Must enjoy working with children, can be silly, and organized to complete administrative tasks on time
Hours and Pay:
- $17 per class for assisting and training
- $18 per class & administrative hours
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal IRS Mileage Rate
- $1 per hour raise at anniversary
- $2 per hour raise with completion of 12 ECE Units plus $800 bonus
