Soccer Shots Pittsburgh is Hiring a Bridgeville Area Youth Soccer Coach Near Bridgeville, PA
Passionate, energetic, and fun-loving Soccer Shots coaches are needed to work with children ages 2 to 8. While soccer experience is a plus, it is not required; most important is that our coaches have previous experience with and an appreciation for young children (ages 2-8).
Soccer Shots operates year-round with winter, spring, summer, fall, and fall 2.0 seasons; each season typically lasts 8 to 11 weeks; Coaches are expected to be available and present for their particular time slot(s) all 8-11 weeks of the season. Coaches typically work 5-20 hours per week depending upon availability, location, & ability / performance; each coach has a unique, personalized schedule!
We will only schedule you to work when you are available, but your availability must be consistent each week for the duration of the season. Our biggest need is for weeknight & weekend coaches, but potential scheduling blocks include:

- Weekday mornings, usually intermittently between 9 AM and 12 PM - dependent upon location
- After-school hours: 2:30 PM to 4 / 4:30 PM - dependent upon location
- Weeknights: 4:45 PM to 7 / 8 PM - dependent upon location
- Weekend mornings: 8 / 9: 00 AM to 12 / 1:30 PM - dependent upon location
There is a pre-set Soccer Shots curriculum with weekly lesson plans to follow. All necessary equipment and coaching apparel is provided.
Instructors should also be willing to perform other duties as requested in order to to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Core Values. Duties may include assisting with paper flier drop-offs, placing yard signs around the area, attending company events, participating in in-person and online staff training meetings.

Compensation is $18/session for Head Coaches and $10/session for Alternate Coaches / Coaches-in-training. Each session is 30 to 45 minutes in length, depending on the particular age group. It is typical for coaches to go through an initial, paid training period before being bumped up to a Head Coach.Soccer Shots is a leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2-8.
