- Starting Salary - $30,000, immediate increase to $31,000 after successfully completing initial training (approx 2 weeks)
- For Part-Time Employees pay starts at $20 per session upon successful completion of initial training
- Yearly Gas Compensation - $2,000
- After initial training, coach up to 35-37 sessions per week (Part time coaches coach between 4 and 29 sessions per week)

- We put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques.
