Soccer Shots - Kansas City is Hiring a Youth Soccer Coach Near Kansas, MO

Soccer Shots KCMO is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development for children between the ages of 2-8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way! Join our mission on making a positive impact on the children of Kansas City. We are hiring coaches now in all of the Kansas City metro area. Our KCMO franchise operates on the Missouri side of Kansas City, which includes: Platte, Clay, Jackson, and Cass Counties.
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU:
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Reliable transportation and have a valid drivers license 
  • Pass a background check
  • Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8)

HOW WE INVEST IN YOU:
  • Every Soccer Shots Coach gets trained and certified through a comprehensive program based on early childhood education principles.
  • We ensure our coaches are supported and stay at the top of their game through ongoing training and evaluations.
  • We provide opportunities to grow personally and professionally within the organization. 
  • All Soccer Shots curriculum is provided for you in an easily understandable format, so you never have to come up with your own drills.
  • We provide consistent and flexible scheduling based on your availability.
  • Compensation: $20-28hr ($15 During Training)
A DAY IN THE LIFE: 
  • Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field.
  • Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
  • Arrive on-time (early) to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
  • Manage your class rosters and fill out session feedback forms
