Soccer Shots - Harrisburg & York is Hiring a Youth Soccer Instructor (Part-Time) Near York, PA

WE ARE HIRING PART TIME COACHES IN YORK, PA!
When Soccer Shots first started, we dreamed of what we might be able to do... Since then, our dream has turned into an even better reality. Through Soccer Shots, we have impacted thousands of children in and around our communities. We attribute much of our success to the dedicated, fun, and a little bit crazy Soccer Shots team we have put together. We are passionate about what we do and are looking to add part-time soccer coaches to our team who feel the same -- people who are fired up about the idea of impacting the next generation through the game of soccer!
Soccer Shots coaches are:
Safety-conscious, whose #1 priority is the safety of children under their care.
Caring, engaging with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
Organized, who plan-ahead and are systematic in routine, conducting each session according to the
lesson plan and working with children to maintain appropriate order for the age group.
Responsible, who are committed to doing what is expected of them as the coach and "face" of
Soccer Shots.
Energetic, bringing Soccer Shots to life by creating a fun and exciting atmosphere that leads a child
to smile and participate.
We are looking for coaches who are flexible! We offer sessions at all times; even during the weekdays, evenings and weekends. Soccer experience is preferred, but not necessary; familiarity with the game either as a player or coach will be helpful. We are searching for great part-time soccer coaches to start as soon as possible and train prior to our upcoming season.
Part-time coaches can coach anywhere from 5-20 sessions per week depending on experience and availability. Coaches must give an 8-12-week commitment for the season, with a strong preference of Daytime (9 AM-12 PM) availability. Saturday mornings (8am-1 pm) and weeknight evening (4pm-7:30pm) hours are also available. Each class is 30, 35, or 45 minutes long depending on the age.
We provide all necessary training, equipment and curriculum materials. The compensation is $20-$22/hour.
In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pass an Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI fingerprint check, and Background Check. Having these clearances current can expedite the hiring process!
Our roster isn't complete...
