COMPANY AND CULTURE DESCRIPTION:
Soccer Shots of Greater Charlotte works with children ages 2-8 in childcare centers, preschools, after-school programs, neighborhoods and parks all across Cabarrus, Gaston, and Iredell Counties as well as the town of Denver. With three different program levels (Mini, Classic, and Premier), each session is created from expert crafted curriculum to be developmentally appropriate. Through the power of play, children have a positive experience learning soccer skills and character building each week!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teaching soccer skills to children through imaginative play
- Coaching 25-45 min long sessions for children ages 2-8
- Managing a group while catering to the individuals
- Creating laughter and smiles
- Time management and staying focused on tasks
- Schedule is consistent weekly throughout a season
- Multiple season availability required (winter, spring, summer, fall)
- Reliable Transportation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and interact with children ages 2-8
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, lift, run, stand while coaching
- Soccer knowledge preferred
- Child care experience preferred
