Director For Youth Soccer Company NeededSoccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. THE POSITION:Reports to: Chief Operating Officer / Executive Director
Job Description: It is the Regional Director's responsibility to assist in managing all duties related to the operation of Soccer Shots. The Regional Director will be asked to aid in the following functions:
Sales/Growth:
  • Meeting seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals by adding new park and school accounts and promoting thoroughly at each account/location.
  • Documenting summary and follow-up notes, and completing sales day action items in a timely fashion.
Coaching and Staff Leadership:
  • Coach as needed to cover for absent coaches and at Demos and Free Fun Days
  • Assisting in maintaining the master instructor schedule, handling cancellations and reschedules, as needed.
  • Assisting in the preparation for the seasonal instructor meetings
Marketing and Communications:
  • Performing seasonal marketing/promotions for Park and School Programs
  • Communicating with parents, directors, and other account representatives
Administration:
  • Scheduling and preparing all materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season
  • Assisting the Chief Financial Officer with organizing and managing the registration and enrollment process at all sites
  • Maintaining instructor equipment and prize inventory

WHAT YOU NEED:
  • Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
  • Best candidates will be excel in social interactions with directors and parents
  • Self starter who has a keen attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma minimum, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Eligible to work in the U.S., to include passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
  • Must be 18 in accordance with Florida statutes to pass a DCF Level 2 background Check.
HOURS:
  • Monday through Friday 8:30am-6:00pm
  • Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm

Requirements (not all are required)
  • 3-5 years prior coaching experience
  • 3 year leadership experience (Head Coach, Teacher/Educator, Director of Coaching, etc)
  • 3 year early childhood experience (Preschool Teacher, Elementary School Teacher)
  • Passion for the Soccer Shots Mission
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extremely energetic and outgoing
