We have opportunities every day of the week between our daycare programs, after-school programs, and public park programs. Soccer Shots programs are offered during select weeks of the year; thus, employment is seasonal. All employment is at-will.
Though we continue to grow, we are still a family business at heart. We aim to develop each of our coaches in areas including leadership, early childhood education, and sports management.

- Must be at least 16 years of age!
- Soccer playing background (preferred)
- Must pass a background check
Preparation
- Attends coaches meeting at beginning of season.
- Reviews online curriculum (prepared for you ahead of time, and aligned with Colorado state early education standards).
- Arrives on time to help set-up field for session (15 minutes early)
- Ensures the safety and well-being of every child
- Reliable, professional, and able to help maintain control of 4-12 children
- Follows proper on-site protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by Soccer Shots supervisor
- Assists in fun and positive 30 to 60-minute sessions, following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum
- Must have HIGH energy, and LOVE working outside with young children!
- Communicates in a timely fashion with supervisor about any changes, challenges, or important information.
- Submits time sheet per payroll policy.
- Safety-conscious: the top priority is the safety of children under their care.
- Caring: engage with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
- Organized: plan ahead and conduct each session according to the provided curriculum.
- Responsible: commit to doing what is expected of them as an outstanding coach and "face" of Soccer Shots.
- Energetic: bring Soccer Shots to life by creating a fun and positive atmosphere for each child.
