Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service writing and powersports diagnostics, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and concerns
- Generate accurate service orders and estimates
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide recommendations for additional services based on vehicle inspections
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a related powersports/automotive field
- Proficiency in diagnostics and repair terminology
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
