After a year of service, we offer a hybrid option of one day per week remote and 3 additional flex work from home days per year.

Job Duties:

• Serve as point of contact for clients, providing information and obtaining information regarding case status and details, court dates, doctors' appointments, etc.
• Provide overall support to attorneys.
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
• Drafting/reviewing of legal documents.
• Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes.
• Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Record/store client information

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Familiarity with legal research.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude.
