Brambleton, an affiliate of Soave Enterprises has a position open for a part-time Marketing Representative, $25/hr at its award winning, multi-generational master planned community located in Northern Virginia.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional individual who is a self-starter; dependable and honest, with good verbal and written communication skills.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Uphold a resident-friendly, welcoming environment and provide community information with primary focus on new prospects.
• Answer phones and assist customers and residents with various small requests.
• Report and track daily activity. .
• Maintain prospect database.
• Demonstrate technology products- interactive map, Verizon FiOS Services, builder displays.
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with builder agents.
• Maintain realtor database.
• Attend trade shows.
• Assist with social media and events as needed.
• Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, and maintaining calendar events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High-School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Have knowledge of builder products, sales, prices and inventory.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good organization skills.
• Able to pass a required background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds.

Rate of Pay and Hours: This is a permanent part-time, hourly position. Hours will vary 8-16 per week and include evenings and weekends. Flexibility with scheduling is a must. Pay will be commensurate with qualifications and experience relative to the position. This position is eligible for the company 401K plan including matching contributions and profit-sharing.
