SOARR Services (Based in Dallas/Fort Worth) is an organization that helps Hotel Managers and Owners recover revenue that is rightfully owed to them from 3rd Party Booking Engines (Expedia, Hotels.com, etc)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Onboarding & Operations Team Member (Client Experience Manager). The Onboarding & Operations Specialist will assist with handling day-to-day tasks related to onboarding new accounts as well as managing our Remote Audit Team and CX Teams.

  • This includes..
  • Analyzing data, communicating with senior leadership as well as hotel managers/owners on a daily basis
  • Managing projects, and ensuring efficient operations of our revenue recovery program for clients.
  • The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication and expertise in operations and personel management (Large Remote Audit Team)

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Personel Management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hospitality Experience (A Plus, but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
