Commercial Interior Fit-Outs Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assisting with interior commercial construction projects for an entire project lifecycle.
• Creating, implementing, and executing an overall project schedule that meets client requirements.
• Collaborating with Estimating to review contract documents, and award subcontractors.
• Administering the billing and collections process to ensure timely payments.
• Communicating regularly with the Project Superintendent to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule, as well as keeping them active in decision making.
• Meeting frequently with client representatives at various jobs to determine requirements and maintain favorable client relations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Commercial Interior Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Interior Fit-out construction: 1 year (Preferred)
