Soap Creek Resources is Hiring a Regional Sales Representative - J401 Near Albia, IA

As a Regional Sales Representative for spray foam insulation products, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and increasing market share within the designated region. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting company products, and providing exceptional service and support to meet client needs.
DutiesIncluding but not limited to:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and sales objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new and current business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to support sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and value of our products.
  • Utilize in-house CRM software and sales tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports for management review.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness, network with potential customers, and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
  • Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or insulation industry is ideal but not required. Will train as needed.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships in a competitive sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel and own the assigned territory and occasionally nationally as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools and technologies.
