As a Project Coordinator, you will meet with customers and clients on job sites to offer services during a catastrophic life event. You will assess damages and write up a report of the loss, so an estimate can be written. Teams will then complete projects and perform work. Once the project is sold, you will oversee and coordinate the project from start to finish while meeting customer timelines. Scheduling teams to complete the project and provide any clarification while keeping the project within budget. You will have a weekly and monthly billing goal. Once the project is finished, you'll obtain signatures for work completion, provide regular project progress to clients, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Project Coordinator will also share responsibility of the team work at the facility when the lead of the department is absent.
DutiesIncluding but not limited to:

• Evaluate materials to create a checklist for cleaning and restoring the homeowner's property.
• Get process quotes from the Claims Coordinator.
• Track the process of clean-ups.
• Confirm customer availability for the upcoming schedule.
• Communicate and confirm schedules with labor.
• Obtain before and after pictures from Shop Technicians and add them to the job file.
• Customer service.
• Work alongside project managers and assist in day-to-day administration functions.

Qualifications

• Preferred to have 3-5 years of cleaning and project coordinating experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clear driving record.
• Must understand basic cleaning after water/fire/environmental, and construction damage practices.
• Must have some experience in working with customers and be personable.
• Must be able to work in a desk/clerical setting for part of the day and drive all Iowa/Nebraska for projects.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background screening.
• Must be open to change and self-improvement.
