The Maintenance Technician is a 3rd shift position. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of machinery and equipment, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Duties And QualificationsIncluding but not limited to:

• High school diploma.
• Preferred 2-year technical degree with foundry experience.
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical or PLC experience.
• Five plus years experience in plant maintenance.
• Demonstrated organization and delegation ability.
• Ability to organize and lead a team.
• Ability to physically inspect plant properties where climbing steps, ladders, and physical exertion is a primary responsibility.
• Must have strong knowledge of foundry equipment and maintenance processes to help diagnose problems and fix equipment-related issues.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude, good communication, and training skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work without detailed work instructions.
• Ability to hold all department employees accountable for meeting safety, quality, and performance metrics.
• Must be able to produce and sustain results that support company and departmental metrics.
• Strong root cause analysis.
• Must be able to pass knowledge to all department employees.
• Microsoft Office
• IQMS (ERP system – preferred)
