Job Details
90 % Remote but may need to be on site in Olympia, State of Washington as and when required. T&L will be paid.
IT BA with ITSM (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.) for IT Service Management Modernization
MUST have 8 years expert level experience with ITSM (Remedy and ServiceNow) modernization and implementation.
MUST have International Institute of Business Analysis and BABOK framework deliverables.
MUST have exceptional communication skills to work with diverese teams and leadesrhip to take the lead on ITSM modernization.
The scope of the project is to replace Remedy. While Remedy experience has some relevance, the knowledge of capabilities and usage of ITSM (& other leading solutions like ServiceNow) is of greater importance.

Remedy
ITSM modernization project(s)
If not Remedy, similar ITSM tools like ServiceNow
