Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and inviting for both employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Must have a divers license as this role will require driving to different properties

- Bilingual with Spanish preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the duration of the shift
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

Note: This is a paid position. All positions at our company are compensated accordingly.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
