Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for the outdoor space.
- Conduct site analysis to assess the site's characteristics and constraints.
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for feedback.
- Create detailed plans and blueprints for landscape designs, including layout of hardscape and softscape elements.
- Select appropriate plants and materials for the site, considering factors like climate, soil conditions, and maintenance requirements.
- Collaborate with landscape Project Manager during the implementation phase.
- Provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance of the landscape to ensure its long-term health and vitality.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
- Previous experience working as a Landscape Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design AutoCAD derived software
- Strong artistic skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of plant species, materials, and construction techniques.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
