Duties: - Apply drywall compound to seams, joints, and nail heads to create a smooth surface - Sand and smooth drywall surfaces to achieve a seamless finish - Repair damaged or uneven areas of drywall - Install corner beads and tape joints for added strength and durability - Ensure all work meets industry standards and specifications - Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate project timelines and workflow Skills: - Proficient in construction painting techniques - Knowledge of plastering techniques for repairing damaged drywall - Experience in door hanging and trim carpentry - Familiarity with construction estimating for material and labor costs - Ability to work on remodeling projects, adapting to existing structures and layouts - Understanding of schematics and blueprints for accurate installation - Knowledge of fixture installation, including lighting fixtures and bathroom accessories - Experience in flooring installation, such as tile or laminate If you have the skills and experience required for this position, we invite you to apply.
