Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Manage and supervise the staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Assist with food service, including taking orders, preparing drinks, and serving food
- Operate the Aloha POS system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and job duties
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving operations and customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food production and catering is beneficial
- Bartending experience is a plus
