We are seeking a residential cleaning professional to join our team as a Property Preservation Specialist, which is the SNS Management team member responsible for creating and maintaining great first and lasting impressions of our properties.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain inviting, clean, safe, functional shared space in our apartment communities including:

• Interior/Exterior Stairwells

• Laundry rooms

• Exterior Grounds
• Maintain/touch up painted surfaces in common areas (entry doors, rails, walls/ceilings where applicable.

- Execute the finishing step of a turnover by creating an inviting, clean home for our residents to move into
- Provide quality control for the turnovers by ensuring everything is in good working order for the residents before they move in

- Improve SNS’s system of how you and other Property Preservation Specialist can improve the way we create and maintain great first and lasting impressions of our properties.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• Much of this position will be focused around the skill of cleaning. Experience in residential or commercial cleaning is favored.

• Reliable transportation will be required as your vehicle will be used to move from property to property throughout the day.

• We are nearly paperless! Must have sufficient skills to be able to use phone apps to complete electronic checklists and other software as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
