Competitive Salary and Benefits:

• Up to $60,000 base salary
• Quarterly commissions up to an additional 10% of the base salary .

What an SNS Property Manger does:

• Lead a skilled team of 5 professionals to oversee the day-to-day operations of 292 apartment units over 4 communities. Direct reports to this role would include a leasing team of 2, and a maintenance team of 3.
• Maintain great internal team culture and values
• Oversees the operational and financial aspects of residential apartment communities
• Oversees financial statements and revenue
• Responsible for expenses and occupancy goals
