The Chatham Espresso Bar Manager is responsible for leading all team members in the efficient and successful operation of Snowy Owl Coffee Roaster’s Espresso Bar in Chatham, MA. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high standards and conditions, and fostering a pleasant, professional environment. The Espresso Bar Manager sets the tone and personality of the store by being an advocate of training, customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrating commitment to our mission, core values, and best industry practices. This is a seasonal position. Please note that this position will change during the off season unless it has been decided that we will keep our doors open. This will be a tipped position during the slow season ($18/hr tips) when the manager works in the espresso bar alone as they will also be filling the role of cashier and barista. As soon as other baristas or cashiers start working at this location, the pay rate will increase and this role will no longer receive tips ($24/hr).
