Litigation Associate: An associate with 3-5 years’ experience in civil litigation to contribute to our expanding litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage in comprehensive litigation case management, including conducting legal research, drafting motions, managing discovery requests, conducting depositions, and participating in court proceedings.

· Utilize strong reasoning skills and demonstrate exceptional research and writing abilities.

· Communicate effectively with supervising attorneys, legal staff, clients, and colleagues.

· Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

· Maintain organized case files and documentation.

· Admission to the Utah State Bar.

What We Offer:

· Expected Starting Annual Base Salary Range: $120,000 --$170,000*

* Base Salary Range will depend on Experience
