KITCHEN STAFF - SEASONAL
Snow Farm is hiring multiple kitchen staff in multiple roles. Kitchen positions run from April - October, with the opportunity to return for future seasons.
Snow Farm is a residential craft school located in Williamsburg, MA (15 minutes west of Northampton and 30 minutes north of Springfield). Come join our friendly and energetic team in our open kitchen!
Kitchen Assistant: The kitchen assistant prepares the salad bar, assists in serving meals, assists the Lead Cook as requested, washes dishes, and helps clean the kitchen. Experience in a kitchen is helpful but not required. Seeking candidates who are happy to learn, can jump in wherever needed, and are pleasant to work with. Shifts are 8am-3 or 3-close. Pay is $16-$20, depending on experience. Benefits include meals on shift, paid sick time, end of season bonus, and when vested, a free craft workshop. Snow Farm will provide the necessary paperwork for seasonal layoff unemployment at the end of the season.
Dishwasher: Part-Time. Washes dishes and helps clean the kitchen. Experience in a kitchen is helpful but not required. Seeking candidates who are happy to learn, can jump in wherever needed, and are pleasant to work with.
