Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in a safe and timely manner, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and concession stand area.
• Ensure all supplies and ingredients are adequately stocked and readily available.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and provide excellent customer service to visitors and guests.
• Provide product knowledge, answer customer questions, and make recommendations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines.
• Restock supplies, take inventory, and assist with other tasks as needed.
• Verify the age of customers purchasing alcohol and ensure responsible service.
• Maintain inventory of alcoholic beverages and monitor the bar area for safety hazards.
• Report any incidents or problems to management.

Qualifications:

• Passion for food service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations is preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.

This is a part-time/full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. We offer a competitive hourly rate plus tips.
