Description:*Pay Rate*: $20.61 - $22.67/hr., minimum (Dependent on experience)

*Bonus Details:*
$1000 sign-on bonus paid out in two installments. The release of the bonus will occur as listed below:
* 1st installment of the bonus ($500) will be paid after the successful completion of 60 days of employment in the position you were hired for at Snoqualmie Casino.
* 2nd installment of the bonus ($500) will be paid after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment in the position you were hired for at Snoqualmie Casino.
* Only applicable on applications submitted after 05/29/2024. Internal candidates are excluded from the bonus. Bonus amounts for part-time and casual team members will be pro-rated based on average hours worked compared to full-time hours during the installment period. Should a team member transfer out of the position for which they were hired within the installment period, the team member will not receive the bonus payment. Rehired candidates are eligible to receive the bonus if they have been separated from the casino for greater than six (6) months from their rehire date.
*PURPOSE*
To provide high quality foods and a safe, clean environment. To efficiently complete the daily tasks of food preparation, production. To ensure quantities of 12 Moons foods are adequate for current business levels.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Responsible for quality, quantity, consistency and timeliness of food preparation
* Follow established procedures/recipes that ensure quality food presentation, portion controls, usage of garnishes and proper substitution
* Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and standards by memory
* Follow and adhere to proper food handling procedures for food storage, rotation, spoilage, sanitation and prevention of cross-contamination
* Follow recipes, times and temperatures in order to produce high quality and consistent products
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements:*Education and Experience:*

*Skills and Abilities*
* Must be able to communicate effectively.
* Proven working knowledge of kitchen design and the operation of grills, roast-and-hold ovens, conventional and convection ovens, fryers, etc.
*PREFERRED*
*Education and Experience:*
* High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
* One (1) year of cooking experience, or comparable/current Cross-Over experience in the venue.
* Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series completion.
*Skills and Abilities*
* Proven working knowledge of East Asian cooking and cuisine
