We are currently seeking a team member who believes in the extra mile philosophy to fulfill our Industrial SVC Tire Press Technician role.
As an Industrial SVC Tire Press Technician, you will work both on and offsite in a company provided mobile service truck and or industrial press trailer in order to service Snider customers with all industrial tire and wheel related needs.
The needs include, but are not limited to, replacing, inspecting, repairing, properly mounting / dismounting, and pressing of all industrial products.
General Job functions may include but are not limited to installation of Industrial (Press-On / Resilient / Pneumatic), Construction (Radial / Solid), OTR (Radial / Solid), and occasionally Commercial Tires.
What You’ll Do on a Typical Day :
This position will be based in a commercial / industrial tire and or mechanical truck service center at one of our Snider Branches.
The majority of the work will be in a company service truck exposed to natural climate and weather of the region. When you are not on a service call, you will be at a truck service and / or tire center.
The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, interact with moving mechanical parts / equipment on a daily basis, and the noise level at the service center is usually moderate to high.
Overnight and out of market travel is less than 10%.
