Performance Marketing/Affiliate Specialist 
SNI Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Program and Affiliate Program Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive program to attract ambassadors and affiliates to promote our e-commerce store.

Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Design/create an influencer program and affiliate program from scratch, tailored to our brand and target audience. Develop an overarching strategy (Thru performance/data tracking of campaigns), guidelines, and processes for engaging influencers and affiliates. This will include opportunities to expand program into new markets as well as identify areas for improvement and optimization of performance/growth for maximum ROI.

• Recruitment/Relationship Management: Identify/recruit influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values and target demographics. At the same time building and maintaining strong relationships with these partners, providing ongoing support, communication, and incentives to drive engagement and loyalty.

• Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to create compelling and engaging content that promotes our products and brand. Provide guidance and creative direction to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.

• Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of influencer and affiliate campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and special events. Ensure seamless integration of partner content into our marketing initiatives.

• Compliance and Legal Considerations: Stay up to date with industry regulations and guidelines related to influencer and affiliate marketing. Ensure compliance with disclosure requirements and other legal considerations in all program activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing influencer programs or affiliate programs, analytics, data/metrics, and negotiations with affiliates/influencers, preferably in the e-commerce or social media industries. Bilingual (Spanish) is a MUST
• Knowledge of influencer marketing industry trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
• Creative thinking and ability to collaborate with influencers and affiliates to develop compelling content. Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
• Knowledge of legal and compliance considerations in influencer and affiliate marketing.
