Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chrysler Parts Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts sales, specifically within the Chrysler brand. As a Parts Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately identifying and sourcing parts, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of Chrysler vehicle components.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them in identifying and sourcing Chrysler parts.
  • Provide accurate price quotes and availability information for parts.
  • Utilize electronic parts catalogs and other resources to locate parts efficiently.
  • Process parts orders and manage transactions using our inventory management system.
  • Maintain organized and clean parts counter area.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking parts shipments.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in Chrysler vehicle models.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive parts sales, preferably within the Chrysler brand.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Chrysler vehicle components and parts catalog systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing parts orders.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive parts sales is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
