Snellings Law PC is Hiring a Bilingual Case Manager - Spanish Near Sherman, TX

Our growing law firm is seeking a to help serve our growing Latino client base. We are based in Texas and exclusively handle personal injury cases with offices in Frisco, Dallas, and Sherman. This position is primarily in office with a weekly work from home day.

The perfect person for us doesn’t have to have a specific degree or years of experience. The perfect person for us MUST have the following skills/traits:

  • MUST LIKE PEOPLE!

Still reading? Good. Here is a general breakdown of what you would be doing in your role:

  • Collaborating in a team environment to ensure the case is moving along properly
  • Conducting legal research to support case strategies and arguments
  • Continuously reaching out to clients for treatment updates and responding to client’s questions throughout the entirety of their case
  • Conducting interviews with scene witnesses and before and after witnesses
  • Ensuring case activity is appropriately documented
  • Scheduling client and attorney meetings when issues arise
  • Coordinating and communicating with medical providers on clients' treatment statuses
  • Onboarding the new clients by filling out necessary documents and requesting documents
  • Using exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Performing administrative support tasks as assigned
  • Documenting all client communication properly in the client’s file
  • Organizing client files within the company software and case management system
  • Contributing to firm processes and systems

· Bilingual(English/Spanish) required

· At least 3 years of legal experience, specifically in Personal Injury, preferred but not required

Pay: $42,500.00 - $48,000.00 per year
