Roofing CSR Katy TX Job Duties :

• Schedule roofing technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with homeowners to ensure smooth scheduling and resolution of any concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to communicate project details and timelines accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
• Assist in resolving any conflicts or discrepancies between homeowners and technicians.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

Roofing CSR Katy TX Job Requirements :

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a construction or home improvement setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional written, over the phone, or in person correspondence.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
• Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Location : Katy, TX

Schedule : Monday Thursday 8 am 5 pm, Friday 8 am 3 pm

Pay : $15 depending on experience
