We are seeking an Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment community. As an Apartment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the property and providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents with the application process
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring units are clean and ready for occupancy
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, resident interactions, and maintenance requests
- Perform regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance or safety issues
- Oversee maintenance staff and contractors to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones
- Enforce lease agreements and community policies
- Prepare monthly reports on occupancy rates, leasing activity, and financial performance

Skills:
- Facilities management experience, including knowledge of maintenance procedures and vendor management
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Strong office administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to residents
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
