Production Planning Specialist
- Pay Range: $65-75,000/year DOE
- Location: Berthoud
- Mon-Thur: 8AM-5PM, Fri: 8AM-12PM
How you will spend your time as a Production Planning Specialist:
- Prioritize tasks and coordinate work activities to meet customer requirements and shop floor capacity.
- Interface daily with supervisors and departments to streamline operations.
- Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, making critical decisions and providing support to subordinates.
- Manage and update schedule boards and ERP system to optimize scheduling accuracy.
- Prepare for shift changes and conduct production meetings to review priorities and schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication, mathematical, organizational, and management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and negotiations.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work in a physical production/warehouse environment with frequent sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and manual dexterity.
