• Prepare design-build estimates for negotiated work.
• Resolve any cost differences.
• Create and present budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Develops bids for construction projects.
• Works closely with owners, subs, team leaders, architects and other professionals.
• Schedules meetings with clients, site managers, and staff.
• Monitor construction processes.

Skills & experience we would like you to have as a Commercial Pre-Construction Manager/Estimator:

• 3-5 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• The ability to think conceptually, and collaborate with the pre-con team
• Excellent communication skills
