We're looking for a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our growing staffing agency. You'll play a key role in building relationships with both clients and candidates, identifying top talent, and driving placements across a variety of industries.

What You'll Do:*

• Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and identify qualified candidates.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (online recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct phone interviews and schedule in-person interviews for the best candidates.
• Negotiate salaries and benefits on behalf of candidates.
• Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Onboard new hires and maintain positive relationships with them.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in permanent or temporary positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from all backgrounds.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills, with a proficiency in using online recruiting tools.
• A passion for the staffing industry and a desire to build a long-term career.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented work ethic.

The Compensation: $16 - 24 per hour commission
