Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Duties:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
