The Job
Your responsibilities will include :
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of ERP project in Fishbowl
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact timelines or deliverables
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change requests
- Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts for software and services
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies
The Profile
- Strong knowledge of Fishbowl ERP systems and implementation methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Disaster recovery planning experience is a plus.
