Snap On is Hiring a Territory Sales Manager - Bahco Pruning Near Los Angeles, CA

Overview

Bahco manufactures and offers high quality pruning and cutting solutions for professionals working in vineyards, orchards, landscaping, arboriculture, and forestry. Manage assigned dealer relationships and drive end-user acceptance with the partners in that territory. Directly call on end user customers to demonstrate product attributes and create end user specification for the Bahco brand. Provide superior customer service and support to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of defined product categories within the Bahco Pruning portfolio to customers inside assigned territory• Manage regional customer relationships and agreements• Identify large end-user conversion targets by dealer and drive conversion activity• Train dealers and end-users on targeted products within Bahco Pruning portfolio• Prepare reports of business plans and transactions and manage expense accounts• Collaborate with marketing align product offering with sales opportunities and report all competitors activities, pricing and programs • Create and deliver presentations as necessary to support existing business or secure new business• Perform work in compliance with all safety standards• Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience• Minimum 1 to 3 years outside sales experience, preferably in the agriculture, hardware or green market segments• Successful sales record with demonstrated goal achievement• Ability to present effectively both internally and externally to all levels in an organization• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills• Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines without compromising quality• Tenacity to drive results and achieve established goals• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products • Must possess a valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving record
