Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness to join our team as the club Training Director. As a Training Director, you will be responsible for managing our team of Personal Trainers and the assist the Sales Manager in ensuring the success of the health club. You will be the face of our brand, working in a fun and upbeat atmosphere where every day is different.

Responsibilities:

- Membership Sales: You will use a proven system to help our guests overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program. Your job is to inspire and help our guests achieve their fitness goals.

- Personal Training sales: You will use a proven system to help transition our members into our team or one-on-one training programs. You will assist the GM in booking monthly fitness consultations and body scans with new and current members.

- Community Involvement: We love being a part of the local community and actively participate in the local Chamber of Commerce and community-sponsored events. You will represent our brand during these events.

- Team Building: You will lead a team and drive results through motivation and fun. Your core team consists of personal trainers and the full time club manager.

- Member Experience: You will ensure that our club rocks and our members love it. You will be responsible for creating an environment that inspires our members to share their experience with friends, family, and coworkers.

Requirements:

- Passion for health and fitness

- Friendly, outgoing personality

- Good motivator/coach

- Enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club

- Available for full time schedule some weekends

- Team leader

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field perferred but not Required

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the health and fitness industry

- Excellent communication skills

- Self-motivated work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
