What You’ll Own
Conduct sales appointments, make sales calls and help build the personal training business
Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals established by management team
Assist with Social Lead Generation activities for increasing sales and building relationships
Conduct Initial Fitness and Quarterly Goal Assessments
Lead Small Group and Personal Training Sessions
Program and modify workouts
Guide the Client Journey
Monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises
Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness

What You’ve Got to Have
Commute & Transportation - must live in/near (or be willing to relocate to) Hudson or Roberts, WI and have reliable transportation to-and-from work. Punctuality is critical.
Schedule Flexibility - on-boarding for this position will require several hours of shadowing staff at different days and times throughout the week. Once officially hired, a more consistent schedule will be enforced, but all team members must remain flexible in their ability to attend meetings, pick-up training sessions, and cover shifts.
Work Experience - two years of industry experience is preferred, but more importantly… our coaches lead by example and must be able to communicate extreme levels of exercise knowledge while demonstrating exceptional movement quality and motor control. They must also possess empathetic and relatable qualities that allow them to connect with our diverse population of aging and “not so fit” clients.
Certifications - must have at least ONE nationally accredited certification, or a degree in kinesiology or exercise physiology. Additional certifications may be required if hired.

Certified NASM Personal Trainer
