**Who we are ?** **Opportunity** **?** While weve seen the rise of online delivery apps, delivery makes up less than 10% of the restaurant market. The rest takeout and dine-in remains offline, anonymous, and on the verge of disruption. There is a $600B opportunity to make offline takeout and dine-in transactions digital, social, and mobile, and were leading this movement. We started on college campuses and are now bringing Snackpass to every college campus and city in the country. **About the Role ?** We are looking for an Operations Supervisor - Warehouse to join our Operations Team and help us get our restaurants up and running and keep them in top shape. The Operations Manager will manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the central warehouse, assist in fulfillment and logistics and ensure the end customer experience for our partners is world class level. This role will report directly to the Supply Chain and Logistics Lead.

**What you'll be working on ????**

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Snackpass Hayward warehouse:

Shipping and receiving

Inventory management

Light manufacturing

* Ensure all shipping and logistics SLAs are met and completed accurately and in a timely manner

* Build and assemble hardware that includes kiosks, tablets and kits

* Track, report and forecast critical supply and demand metrics. Use data to optimize processes, creatively solve problems, and track results

* Write reports and updates on the operations and supply of the Hayward warehouse

* Hire and manage a team of warehouse contractors

* Perform troubleshooting and assistance support with hardware and software products at the warehouse

* Work closely with our Onboarding, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a word class experience to our restaurant partners

**About you ????**

* Based in Hayward, CA

* Warehouse experience required

* Typically 5 - 8 years experience plus degree or equivalent

* Highly motivated and self-managing

* Comfortable managing a team of people

* Great communication and relationship building skills

* Organized, thorough, and attentive to detail

* Able to prioritize and juggle a variety of tasks

* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
