Purpose: An excellent Quality Technician can efficiently monitor the integrity and quality of products without impeding production rates except where necessary. Then clear and concise communication is key to minimizing lost product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining company inspection reports.
• Inspecting goods or products according to quality and safety standards.
• Ensuring goods and products comply with company standards as well as Federal and State law.
• Ensuring tests are within specifications.
• Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor.
• Collecting test data and drafting quality reports.
• Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.

Qualifications

• 1 Year in Quality control in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food production
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
• Clear and concise communication
• Good team player
• Strong computer and technological skills--ability to utilize tablets, computers, etc. to record data, navigate google suite, and utilize our internal systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
