Job Overview:

SN Servicing Corporation is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a software Business Analyst in Eureka, CA. Candidate will help define the requirements for the construction and delivery of creative solutions in a fast-paced and challenging financial services environment. Experience working in the Mortgage Loan Servicing industry is a plus.

Employee must currently hold residence in the general Arcata metropolitan area.

The Software Business Analyst (BA) will work on several projects consecutively in an agile development environment. Projects will be designed to have many iterative deployments every 2-3 weeks to assure constant deployment of meaningful solutions. The BA will work with a Project Manager, Software Developers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define each work product and manage timelines accordingly. An effective BA must have excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to gather, research, and design requirements and solutions
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights
• Participate in Agile development processes
• Create process flow diagrams using Visio
• Perform system testing and validation
• Provide recommendations for system improvements based on analytics

Experience:

• Proven experience in project management and business analysis for software development projects
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development
• Ability to create visual representations of processes using Visio
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex information
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Familiarity with analytics tools for decision-making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
