The Inventory Assistant is responsible for reviewing various reports to ensure accurate inventory levels. Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the management of inventory for assigned are as you.

Primary Duties

• Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures. Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. Promptly reports incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions or processes. SKNA employees regardless of level, position or tenure are responsible for upholding the safety standards regulations and policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate any discrepancies
• Maintain logs and file documents
• Conduct daily inventory analysis
• Forecast updates and accuracy analysis
• Organizes and maintain materials in storage areas
• May be assigned to other projects and duties

Job Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience related to inventory, asset or warehouse management or other applicable experience
• Must possess excellent computer and math skills, Strong MS Excel skills and Oracle experience a plus
• Experience gathering and organizing information, timely reporting, forecasting and anticipating production needs
• Proven communication (written and verbal), organizational and time management skills.
• Detail- oriented and data-driven critical thinker
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
• Must work well with staff, management, and vendors
• Must be self-motivated and work well unsupervised or as part of a team
• Experience working with internal and external entities to accomplish daily/monthly/yearly objectives
• Able to work flexible hours
• High School Diploma /GED required
